Jennifer directs the administrative functions of the Program. She prepares grant submissions and manages the programmatic and fiscal aspects of all existing grants. She supervises HEAT’s administrative, outreach and testing staff and handles all personnel issues. She acts as a community liaison for the program and coordinates and directs HEAT’s large-scale events.

He manages all of HEAT’s purchase orders and invoices and she maintains HEAT’s extensive database which tracks client services. He is responsible for maintaining all the consultant contracts, directing phone calls and assisting with grant submissions.
Stephan Kohlhoff, MD Pediatric Infectious Disease
Dr. Kohlhoff provides medical care to HEAT's HIV+ adolescents. He also provides medical services for HEAT's LGBT youth, including hormone therapy. He conducts off-site STD testing for HEAT at the Hetrick Martin Institute.

Tiffanie goes into high schools and middle schools, as well as youth programs, and conducts workshops for youth about HIV/AIDS, STIs, sexual and reproductive health and healthy relationships. She conducts street outreach and tables and youth events providing youth with safe sex supplies, sexual health brochures and information about HEAT’s services. She acts as a community liaison in an attempt to identify HIV+ youth and link them to care at HEAT. She is a member of the NYCDOH Prevention Planning Group and is a Steering Committee member of the Young Women of Color HIV/AIDS Coalition.

Tina conducts targeted outreach to LGBT youth and conducts street outreach and tabling at LGBT youth events, including Ballroom events. She participates in LGBT youth conferences and provides workshops on homophobia, sexuality, and HIV/AIDS and LGBT sexual health. She oversees HEAT’s LGBT programming and supervises the LGBT peer youth outreach workers.

Jonovia works with Tina to outreach to LGBT youth and bring them into HEAT for services. She provides tabling at LGBT events, plans large collaborative events, like Youth Pridefest and plans HEAT's Ballroom events. She attends coalition and network meetings around LGBT youth issues and helps to organize HEAT's DEBIs targeting YMSM and transgender youth.

Smiley provides outreach to LGBT youth using social media and he manages HEAT's Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr accounts. He also organizes and facilitates HEAT's HIV prevention DEBIs targeting YMSM and transgender youth, including Many Men, Many Voices, 3MV Plus and Vogue Theory. Smiley provides Comprehensive Risk Counseling and Services (CRCS) to YMSM and transgender youth. He also provides HIV test counseling and escorts youth for services at HEAT.
Dorothea Golden, Community Health Specialist

Dorothea provides community-based HIV testing at youth agencies, college campuses, alternative to incarceration programs, high schools, foster care agencies, public libraries, recreation centers, faith-based institutions to name a few. She also provides testing at HEAT's large scale events including safer sex education parties and Balls. Dorothea maintains existing testing relationships and builds new testing relationships for HEAT.
Phyllis provides services to perinatally infected HIV+ youth, including assistance with obtaining health insurance, Medicaid/ADAP, housing, job/career, education and services for the babies and small children of our positive youth. The case managers refer HEAT youth to appropriate agencies to obtain these services. She refers youth for medical and mental health services at HEAT.

Charles provides services to HIV+ and LGBT youth, including assistance with obtaining health insurance, Medicaid/ADAP, housing, job/career, education and services for the babies and small children of our positive youth. He refers youth for medical and mental health services at HEAT.
Ady Ben-Israel, PhD
Dr. Ben-Israel provides mental health services to HEAT's HIV+ and at risk LGBT youth. These services include individual, family, and couples therapy as well as routine developmental and neuropsychological testing. Ady provides crisis intervention, psychological assessments, referrals and follow-up.

Richard Weinstein, MSW

Richard assists HEAT youth in identifying and developing transition life skills to prepare for them for independence. He also provides health education and treatment adherence services for HIV+ youth and helps them their treatment regimes and provides them with assistance in taking their medications. He also co-facilitates the HIV+ support group.
Young Women of Color Peer Youth Outreach Worker
Amelia conducts outreach to young women of color and co-facilitates sexual health workshops on HIV and STIs. She helps youth to navigate the services at HEAT and escorts youth to HEAT for HIV testing, STI screening and treatment and other medical, mental health or case management appointments. She also conducts outreach to young women using social media and social networking.
Makeda Toyloy, LPN

Makeda assists medical staff with vital signs and specimen collection, data entry, coordinate patient visits, schedule patient appointments, and follow up on missed visits. She tracks labs for doctors and communicate changes of abnormal values. She assists with CQI and the maintenance and filing of patient records.

Holly is the AIRS Coordinator for the HEAT program. She provides data management and support and prepares data reports for funders. Holly works closely with medical staff and case managers to generate reports for use in grants and research.

Natasha directly supervises data collection and data entry staff members for all grant funded programs within the HEAT Program. She also provides statistical support to program administrators by generating standard and ad hoc reports. She is also responsible for the submission of monthly/annual reports to key stakeholders.
Damian is HEAT's PrEP Specialist. His role is to educate the public about HIV pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis as well as to link young people to HEAT's PrEP and PEP services. He provides training to medical settings and community based organizations about PrEP upon request.

Kevin assists HEAT staff with a wide range of administrative and programmatic activities.
